If anyone's interested in running up a box design for me it would be amazing. I have a DC lvl 5 18" D2. It will have a good 2500 watts on it at all times. I would like the sub face and port both firing up. It's going in a dodge nitro. It can be anywhere from 20-24" tall, 22" deep (from back to front), and 34" wide (left to right). It needs to be atleast 6cu ft. With about 90sq in. of port. If I'm missing something just let me know. Any help would be appriciated . Thank you.

An average would be ok. In the ballpark is better then just giving it a off the wall living area. It's like a taco.. its a badass taco, but I don't know what the ingredients are ya know.

Right on. My shits just not tuned right right now. I'm gettin a terrible burnt smell from my coil. I posted about that and I got advice about the distortion test so now I'm searching for that. I hope that does it. I've already been threw one cone from it.
I think there is a O-scope/DD1 access list in the tool section. Maybe there is a member in your area that has one. May have to drop some money to use it, or buy beer.

What's your gain set at? Bass boost?
It was at 1/3 but today I cranked it to 3/4 just for the hell of it to see how it would take it. And it did fine for about 20 min and then I got the smell again. No smoke but I still turned the radio down. Bass control is 100%. Headunit is set low.
