I picked up a 5,500 bamf series for like $210 with a 3 year warranty
So I pretty much just said fuggit. Haha
If u can, send it back, get a refund & get a Hifonics Amp. Here's a link.

PA isn't a good Brand. Go with Hifonics (Brutus Or Gladiator Series),they make the Best Quality amps for cheap imo.

^Hifonics just came out with a new Gladiator line (Looks sick!) & their also CEA-2006 Compliant. He could still go with the HFI line, I would just go with a bigger model like the HFI1500d that way he would still get 1200rms. Just saying Cuz their cheaper than other lines. But if $$$ aint a issue go with the Brutus (BRZ) or Gladiator (GLX) line. U wnt be disappointed! http://www.sonicelec...oofer-amps.html
Doubt he would even put that of CLEAN power.. I'd save and get the Brutus, just remember those amps need the electrical to back them up.
Yea ur right. Might as well get the right equipment (Brutus) the 1st time around.

Yeah bro the Hifonics will be just fine & it should be louder and sound better . If you can send the amp back and get a refund since u said u just bought it. Also check out the12volt.com for wiring diagrams.

No it isn't =*( they flushed my blood and put me on an iv drippier. funny thing was, It was 7pm when this all happened lol..was in the hospital for 3 hours. Was bar hoping since 10am. I'm fine now...I normally don't get alcohol poisoning but I guess today was an exception. haha

Haha Stoopid motherfuker! Im drunk right now and didn't plan on drinkin. Lucky Im at a hotel right now and some peoplethrew a party (I got n) drunk a few cups of Ciroc str8 & left!

Cheers! lol, passed the fuck out in a ditch on my way home ( I was puking ) and the cops rolled up and said "Son, are you okay?" My first response was "Sir, I need an ambulance" and I got one haha. Ended up leaving my car on the expressway and my girl ended picking me up from the hospital. Now I sit here with a ice pack on my head and can't sleep.

Birch is stronger and lighter, but more expenside than MDF.
But that being said, I like the sound of MDF enclosures a bit better at lower volumes. I can't tell at higher volumes, but birch enclosures sound like they reflect sound around the inside more.
Doesn't MDF give more output & help more on meter than Birch?

Uhhhh it's a digital designs amp. It's gonna be pricey. And that's a decent price for that amp.

Its all user and box dependent. Some user feed them 3.5k no problem while others blow them with less power. Their rated @ 2200 but can take more! Just make sure your giving them clean power & have proper voltage. Remember Bigger Box=Less Power, Smaller Box=

This is my 1st time running across a 12 layer flat wire voice coil. I usually see 3" 4 layer, 3" 8 layer, or 4" 4layer. What is the purpose of the 12 layer coil? What does it do that other coils cant do & is it better?

Wasup SMD. I just decided to click on Sundown's site earlier to see if they have any updates on the Nightshade V.3 & Hell Yea they did! This thing is just amazing, I want 1! Its rated @ 2500rms & has a 12-layer flat wire voice coil!

RE Audio isn't really a good brand anymore since another Company owns them. Everything went down in Quality. For that price ($340) I would rather get the Soundstream Rub1.2500d. Cant go wrong with that!
