I have a t1500bdcp on a X12 @2ohms. It slams all day. My gain on my amp is at 3 out of 11. This sub is a pig, it wants more. But I can say it sounds great, box is 2.75@32hz.
My birth sheet was 1700@2ohms. Which I will never see in real world use. I fig my sub is seeing about 1300-1400 watts. No issues at all.

So I should see my sub by October........ this is getting a little old. Why cant some at Sundown give a firm date. I feel bad for the people getting the Z's. You may see them by xmas.

Ya I saw that post, but my local dealer is telling me that box is way too big? I had is designed by Dave the box guy. So its right, or so I thought.

Have a question for Jacob.
Is this box too big for a single X12 D4 off a fosgate T1500-1.
Gross volume: 3.89ft3, Net volume: 2.75ft3 (after all displacements) 32hz. Or would a smaller box help. In a honda crv.

Any box specs, sorry on my phone right now. A rough idea for a ported 12. I know the specs are there, if someone could just give me a rough idea.

I have a mix of both A X12d4 & a fosgate t1500bdcp. It slaps hard. I will not knock either a sundown or a fosgate power series amp, but for subs its sundown all the way. RF subs are not what they use to be. But that can be said for alot of companies. You will need a large box with a X12. I am at 2.75net but man is it worth it when it gets low. I am running stock alt with 3 batteries and 3 amps. No dimming, amps do not get hot. I am running my fosgate at 2ohms, more efficient and almost the same power as 1ohm.
