They look like they have some terrier in them. They also look like siblings.

If it's a lead-acid type battery, you need to put it in a sealed box, secure it, then vent it outside of the vehicle.
If it's a gel-cell type battery, all you need to do is make sure it's secured, and protect the terminals from accidental shortage. The battery you mentioned is a gel-cell type.

U high?
X2. What are you trying to say? Go re-read your post.
-
have you tried changing your source? plug an ipod directly into your highs amp and see if the problem goes away.

I had a HUGE problem with alternator noise in my car. I fixed it by:
1. running power directly from the battery to the head unit with a floating ground (both + and - were ran to the battery) - this fixed the majority of the issue
2. setting my gains properly - this fixed the rest of the issue

yeah you have to use the whole can in 1 session. once you start feeding the foam through the plastic nozzle, if you leave it alone to set for a while, it'll get hard and you cant use it anymore.
Yeah, it says so right on the can.

Iknorite? I woulda bought a couple of SSD's, but the 15k SAS drives were free so why not? Got 'em on a 3Ware RAID controller.
-
^ That's exactly how I have mine set up too (though instead of SSD's I'm using 4x 2.5" SAS drives in a RAID-10)

Does Great Stuff warp body panels?

Heh...buy the DC and rattle the fillings out of his teeth. Make sure you build a good box for it though. Performance trumps everything! SHOW him why you think DC is better...you'll probably get better results than arguing over it.

If he's happy with it, then what's your problem? It's his money, not yours.
-
By and large, that statement is true.
[edit] but just because something is expensive doesn't mean it's always superior. I get what you're saying.

They are frequency filters. They protect your tweeters from bass, your subwoofers from highs and your mids from extreme highs and lows. Basically, they filter out frequencies that the driver behind the crossover wasn't designed to reproduce.

Either something is wrong with your amp, or something is wrong with your install. From the sound if it, you may have both problems, and may be suffering from voltage drop as mentioned above.
What happens if you take a 40Hz or 35Hz tone and turn it up?
-
Typically the way to succeed at something is to read and research FIRST, then apply what you've read. By bridging your amp at 1 ohm, you've blown half of your amp. That's why only one side works. It's also the reason why your amp kept going into protect...it was basically shorting out. When an amp goes into protect, that means something is WRONG with your installation.
Congratulations, you have to buy a new amp now.

Well...looks like I'm going to have to order some LLP then.

A+ thread. Will read again.

An SSD will make your system feel "snappier", as you no longer have the latency of the mechanical hard drive to worry about. It's especially noticeable if you're constrained on RAM, or have disk intensive applications. I would recommend it for your system (C:) partition only; store your data and files on a regular hard drive or USB drive.

I run a Sony head unit in my DD (for over a year now) and I like it. I'd buy another.
[edit] Not that one though (obviously)
-
Next stop, an SSD. That will bump your 5.9 to 7.something.

no its you not giving them the 1 when you do the math and forget to give 50 cents to each parent when you forgot to add it into the total
you keep that 3 $ till your ready to pay them back..
so we give
mom 48.5
dad 48.5 +
-----------------
=97
now we add that 3$ to the problem
i give mom 1 $ 1+48.5= 49.5
i give dad 1$ 1+48.5= 49.5
so now there left with 99$ and i have 1$ now heres where it gets tricky again, i take that 1 $ and a divide it by 2
so 1 /2 = .50$
so now we take that .50 and add that to moms and we get 50$ to mom and 50$ to dad and problem is solved
Dude, let it go. You're saying exactly what I'm saying, but in different words.
-
It's not bad math. You owe the parents $98, not $100.
YOU ALREADY GAVE THEM $2
No missing dollar.
it is bad math look at my post above
It's not bad math, because you're comparing what you currently owe to what you originally borrowed. You still owe them $98. The error is in the comparison, not the math.
-
...and for $97 that shirt better be occupied by a chick with a great rack.
