Why would you need a re-cone when yor buying brand new? Only time you need a re-cone is when you push on the sub and its not stiff and that thats from LOTS of play time or maybe abusing it over and over. On 1700 rms it aint going to phase that Z. I got 1 sa-15 and i feed it 1100 and its slamming no probs. SUNDOWN FTMFW!!!!

these things are really inpressive. I Need to quit BS"n and get me the 1500D

That's awesome can not wait !!!!!!

Just play them at full tilt. No break in needed. Make sure your power is clean. Use the dd-1 and you will be all set to go. Good luck

What does the saz 1200d put out at @1 ohm and @ 14.4 volts?
-
u read my mind. LolAny chance on adding the neo-pro speakers as well, that would be really appreciated.
-
That's not bad at all for the sa 15 re-cones. What is a frame? Lol
-
what do you mean?better not play at or under your FS or your shit will rip a fucking cone. thats the truth.
-
Yea i 100% agree with you but you cant go wrong with this sub.yes they do.. for rated 600W drivers they certainly beg for more power.
you could feed them 2k each, but dear god. you better have:
no voltage drop
no clipping ANYWHERE.
perfectly unclipped music
and a perfect box

These subs shoukd do fine on 1.5k daily as long as you give them clean power. These things take some power thats for sureI know people that run 1500rms+ on the sa subs just have to have the right electrical.
for how long? 3k rms to subs rated for 600W wont last that long..
maybe 1-2 songs.. but all day? no.
i know people doing that to the skar line too.. but not all day.
-
I want to push each sub at about a 1k apiece so do you think the brz2100.1 will do nicley?any hifonics BRZ line.
personally i wouldnt give SAs more than 1k each.. then again they couldnt take 1k forever..
brz 1700 probably will do.. or 2100
-
Lol oh no, Thats my baby. Thats a "DRAG BITCHES ONLY" car. lolA crescendo bc2000 would keep those subs happy BTW are those 2 15s going in the TA?
-
Where can i get one of thoses?American Bass PH-4000d dose 1600+ rms $325
-
I have a LS2 454 stroker with a 200 shot
-
Damn that cheap. But thanks I love trans am's.
-
Yea they are some pretty bad ass subs. That T1500 is $$$$!
-
