Hey people of SMD!
A bit of a late notice, but we want to invite anyone local to our area to come and join us during our job fair. We are looking to hire a bunch of people to fill positions in our Customer Commitment Team (Call Center), warehouse and our processing department. We are growing at an enormous rate and we are very excited to be able to provide job opportunities to our local residents.
The job fair will be held on Friday, March 9th from 9:00am-12:00pm AND 3:30pm-5:30pm at the front entrance. If you are interested please bring your friends and family and come talk to us!

You will need to log into your account to request an RMA to begin the warranty process. If you don't have your account information, you can call us and we will reset the password for you. Once you request an RMA, you will get an email within 24 hours with further instructions.
I have a feeling the representative you spoke to misunderstood and thought you were trying to return the product for a refund, rather than for a warranty purpose.

Also, who do I contact for regarding customer service? Do I contact PPI or SonicElectronix if I have questions regarding an install?
Give our customer service number a cal at 1(877)289-7664 and ask for a technical support rep. Those guys are awesome and would be more than happy to walk you through almost any install.

Only other thing I can think of... do you have at least 8 volts on your remote lead or remote jumper you are using?

If your amp doesn't have any fuses on it, you need to be sure to tie in a fuse on your power cable near the battery. Not every amplifier has fuses built in, but many of them do. Was your amp working before? Is it in protect mode, or is there zero power? Use a DMM if you have one to test for 12v power and ground at the amplifier.

If you purchased a SquareTrade warranty with a product from us, they will probably recommend you get your product serviced through us for the first 90 days after your purchase, and once this period is over the SquareTrade warranty will indeed come into affect.
