Good stuff to hear!
edit- was wondering how long it'd take for any of us to know Sonic was carrying SMD products without the announcement. few hours from when they put the items up or few days? I'd go with 3-4 hours...
I think Steve hinted toward it in the DD-1 HV press release haha. But for people that didn't see that, I think we did a pretty good job of keeping it a secret.

To the above comment no we did not charge the customer. He drove from ********** to come and see us. Asto how he ended up with so nice a system with so little knowledge it was his sons make a wish. His son is in a wheel chair and wanted a real stereo.

We are not currently authorized with Pioneer. Any warranty claim will be handled by us and will be treated in the same manner that Pioneer would treat their claims. Our warranty department sees that every claim is handled properly and that every customer is taken care of. As for the "Authorized Internet Retailer", we agree the placement is very confusing. I went in and manually removed that line from the product page. It's a bug that our system has where it inserts this line into Pioneer product descriptions, since we did have a relationship in the past. It's an issue that our web developers are working on.
I hope this clears some things up. If you have any warranty related or manufacturer relationship type questions, feel free to ask! We are an open book.

Bottom line is just because the guys English is not the best, is no reason to say the video is wrong, and Im sure the amp is in the high 90% efficiency rating, and wont be long til more amps are since so many are already just a few percent away.
