oh ok
all the subs i listed i think can be run fine off 500 watts, matter of fact when i go duals in the future will probably go with a slash 1000...so till 500 a piece
what about DD or Audioque
btw, i really do like the sound of the gti's and the w6's but pretty sure im gonna need a pair of those to really slam
I don't know what kind of "slam" your looking for, but one 13.5 W6 will do a hell of a lot in a good box. My 10 almost does a 140

I was referring to getlocivic, he suggested your amp was 500w max. I was just stating the JL 500/1 is 500 rms not max

Well, here it is. Introducing myself to the forum. I wanted to post what i have before i start any major work. Up to this point all work done has been pretty mild and reversible, this due to the fact that i did not know if i would want to sell it and put it back to stock. However, i am sure I'm keeping it now and serious work may begin. Before the work i did want to show what I'm starting with. I guess this is a stupid question but what's a 4th order? lol
Its a Bandpass style box consisting of a sealed chamber and a ported chamber. The also assisting in making a sub louder. However, in my opinion can sound "muddy" and undesirable.

I used FatMat in my car, it worked pretty well, i was satisfied. It did smell for about 3 days, just roll down your windows.
