  1. and then I set about trying to slap them on. Note the car is on KW V2 Coilovers with the oem 15" steels being used as winter wheels. When I had them fitted, the mechanic at the garage was adement that the Brabus wheels would not fit with the coilovers wound all the way down...

but that was the least of my worries at this point...

I couldn't even get the jack under the car!

the rear is sitting high in the picture, but that was with NO weight in the boot. Pics later with the W7 holding it down quite nicely!

after the polish was wiped away, it was time for a good coat of wax!

I didn't manage to get any pictures after the was was taken off as it was too dark for any decent pictures, however it did rain the next day (sods law i guess!) but it did also mean I had a chance to get some beading pictures!

two weeks later (yesterday), the first show/meet of the season for me, and it was well liked by all. It was also the first time since the system had been installed that I had a change to open the doors and get a listen from the outside. For one 10" sub and one pair of components, it was super clean and nice and loud!

Given the state of the car, snowfoam was used as a pre-rinse.

the fact that the water did not bead at all on the rear should give some indication as to how dirty it really was!

Next it was time for some soap!
