its as functional as it is fancy! I love this thing, but I'd love it just a liiitle bit more if the SMD would light up as well, maybe I need to do some more work here.i need to get my hands on one of them there fancy meters....
-
it does light up red, but if it does, its not a good thing! LolCompletely Jealous..clean simple and sexy. love the look. i wonder if theres a chance these will be available in a different color. not to re-invent the wheel but alot of us guys have red lit interiors. would be cool to see in red or white led

I didn't have to eliminate anything. Its where the transfer case switch would be in a 4wd truck or blazer. Mine is 2 wheel it just had a plastic cover, which would flop out after the first beat of the subs. So I knew that was a perfect spot for the meter to go

Thanks guys, and thanks Steve for sharing! It is a perfect spot for it, where the transfer case switch would go on a 4wd model. I'm on mobile and don't
know how to upload pics to the forum. I couldn't wait to actually run the wires, so i did rig a cig lighter plug on it for now

That's what I've seen. I thought it would take alot too but maybe do some wood strips for bracing on top of additional bracing inside the shell.

Okay so I'm getting closer to doing my wall build I'm excited! My interior has been stripped for a month, been working on doing 100% coverage of sound deadending mat. I have also spent countless hours looking at ALOT of awesome, informative builds everyone has on here. And. So attempting to design my own box and find the air space to fit these junk 12s in a big tuned box in the back of this truck, I was wondering what if I just completely fiberglasse the extended portion of the cab and mounted a vented baffle? Is it even possible?

Ballin son! Like everyone else i can't wait to see the finished product! You do amazing work.

I would go with the flux capacitor lol. That is sweet I didn't know they made such a thing as that drive by wire is nice but the lag sucks! Very nice Steve.

Dammit. Well considering I paid for 8 what I almost paid for 1 of my solo barics and this is my first wall attempt I'm gonna rock them till they can't take anymore I reckon. Thanks for the great info and the warm welcome guys!

So what's up with the basket on these subs magnet break off?
-
Well dam lol guess is shoulda posted BEFORE I bought the subs!!!! Thanks for the info greatly appreciated!

What's up guys this is my first post on SMD forum! Just recently discovered a BALLIN 30k watt hoe on you tube and what a "hairtrick" is so I have decided to wall my s 10. I have 8 12 inch t3 audio t.400 subs I'm gonna stuff in the extended portion of my cab. Have never attempted anything like this and figured this would be the place to find my way! So any tips on material design etc would be appreciated. Nobody in my area has bass like what this will be capable of let alone anything like Steve!

Well, I made a pretty cool little tinted window to go over the meter, but I don't know how to upload pics on here from my mobile >:0
