Are these the sd12's you guys are talking about? http://www.ebay.com/...=item1c20342b1e
I may try those out, I think I'm going to try the pioneers first and maybe sell them then get the sundowns to try em out. Or I'll find someone who has sundowns before i sell em.
Yes those are it. But i think you would be better off just getting either the sa12 or sd12. I think you will like these A LOT better than you will the pioneer.

^ lol
I have heard both the dd1508s and the sa8s and they both sound great! This is also a great idea!!!!!

Sundown also does offer an SD12. These i think have a little bit smaller motor and are only around 160+shipping. That's more in your price range.

the sundown SA12...there a little more expensive i think like 200??? But its a great sub!

I know my power because I've clamped it on a 2500 with my single 12 when I had it
-
thus 2 sa-8 will be better even if it will be in a sedan?
Maybe .. I think the 12 would play better lows the the 8's would? I've just always preferred the sa12's

how much power will you have?
how much power will you have?
1,500watts,,
sa 12
1500 watts is really pushing it for an sa-12. Can't play it for more than 30 seconds before it starts to stink.
You can do that if you are really smart with the volume knob and feeding it absolutely clean power
Else I'd do a pair of the 8s.
Ive ran about 1860 watts to a sa 12 for about 10 minutes before it started to stink.. but that is true. It has to be clean power for sure but in my opinion i think if you had enough power you could get the 12 louder.. but it depends what your trying to get at. Maybe you would be better off with 2 8's.

I think if you saw the sa8's in person you might get a different perspective on them
