What size sub? Keep in mind that you are putting a 2000w amp on a 1400w sub also.

I have a 15' dual 2ohm model. I removed it from my car until I can get my amp adjusted with a DD1 because I'm not letting that sub go to waste on me like that. Hell I just got it less than a month ago.

Clipping. Getting hot is not an issue with the subs, it is an amp/enclosure issue.

What size enclosure do you suggest I run if I plan on using the Brutus 2100.D @ 1ohm if it is rated at 2100 watts @ 1 ohm?

Thanks everyone. I am definitely not running the 12's and the 15's at the same time. Sounds like I have to get my hands on a DD-1.

I am currently having an issue with my sub. I've had it hooked up for about 5 days now and every time I crank it up, it gets hot, real quick. Anyone else having a similar problem with theirs? I have a dual 2ohm model wired at 1 ohm on my amp which is a Hifonics Brutus BRZ2100D. I also have a pair of RE Audio SXX 12's that I run on the same amp and do not encounter the same problem.
