yes it is, Ive got all of my runs still uploading, ive had to completely restart them seriously 5 or 6 times, dont know what the deal is.

2nd place Charley class
-
More videos later today, whats wierd is that this 12 sounds 10 times louder than my last 15, where it only metered a few DB higher, the other wierd thing, 42 hz defietly hurts the worst, and barely hit 139 then as I stepped up the frequency through 49hz it seemed to be getting quieter and quieter through each tone, yet the score kept going up. did not make any sense to me at all. Now the way my amp is tuned, to my ear, since 42 hz seemed the loudest, i tryed to narrow things down in that direction, im curious to see what happens when i tune it up where the amp makes power at a 49hz tone.

it failed to upload, I was in a hurry had to do a wine tasting, I am re uploading it now

well, this videos are still uploading, seriously
Someone closed my laptop and they all paused, some of the videos are 10 minutes long, so ill have to chop them to pieces once they are done.

Vids of cliffs van or fail lol

most of the videos were shot in 1080 so its probably going to be tomorrow before they are done uploading, taking for fricken ever.

I entered 4 classes, and here is how I did
MSD1 / Music - 2nd place
Basic Trunk /BURP - 2nd place 141.1 db
Extreme 1 (Music metered outside the car 1 foot away from the windows) 2nd Place 122.8 db
Charley class (verse everyone unlimited speakers and power, vs everyone in other words, mic place where requested) 2nd place 161.3 DD b's (haha)
Keep in mind, im running a stock head unit, stock electrical, and played youtube videos for the testing in all classes except for Basic trunk.
I am currently reviewing the videos to get all the scores as they are uploading to youtube.
the first video is MSD1 class, I don't remember the exact score, but it was just shy of 140db, I was playing music in the 38-42 hz area, which later on I found out that 48-49 hz is the sweet spot where I achieved the highest score, crappy part is the amp was tuned down for the 38-42 hz area.
My crescendo BC3500D clamped at 1965w @42 HZ, my peak SPL score at 49hz clamped at 1200w sooooooooo I still have lots of tuning and twaking yet to go. More info as I post the videos,

I dont know what the deal is, I cant get smdmedia to work.

How's that crescendo doin for you?
I have bought many amps, that crescendo is by far the most bad ass amp i've ever owned, and less money? doesn't make any sense to me either. I should have a video friday night of that crescendo getting clamped on my stock electrical system. Im curious what it actually putting out on a bone stock charging system. (Which will be upgraded shortly) I just want everyone to keep in mind, Im getting this tested on the TL to see where it sits, I am still figuring out what CD player I want, battery options, and charging options. So the TL results will be stock h/u, stock charging, no batteries, im doing this to see how well I did on the enclosure, then i will have a good idea where I can take it from there.

i just did 4 layers of quick roof on my plate drilled holes thru the panel and actually used nut and bolts..and siliconed them up.. my plate makes no noise at all
Im ordering a large roll of deadening, we will find out how effective it is.
Getting all the rattles gone on SPL in this area, is a total trial and error deal to get them gone getlocivic, and this has been functioning for only a week and im still tweaking everything. So calm down, everything is getting done as quick as possible, but honestly after 2 months of modifying that barrel, im taking a week off.

my wword flapping metal sounds very bad
deadening time
Its mainly the license plate making all the noise, and where its located, i've tried many techniques to get it to calm down, it still rattles, It also fell off, somehow the clips that hold the screws came out still screwed in and all. im jut glad that person told me.
Get an old sponge, and put it behind the License Plate and then tighten it down. Mine has been silent ever since.
in this video, there is a large 2" thick foam piece behind the license plate, it helped a lot

Boob flex is better
Agreed

really though, we need to test the differences in current, straight wire vs bolts, aluminum, brass ect. termlab the results. we all know that what we do every little thing counts down to removing the carpet off your box. ive got aluminum bolts, but I just ended up doing a hard wire, to prevent loss of any PPP PO O WWWAAAA
I volunteer you to take of that testing and report back lol.
the only testing im good at is wine testing

I like the faceflex idea, we will do that tomorrow night i will be out of town on business all day, but i will try to make it happen
