Run alt ground same gauge as your main power wire and test
i have 0 gauge for all my power and ground.

whats your deff. of going crazy. the guage jumps up and down and its only the voltage.

usually at low rpm it will drop and then rise once rpm is raised. in your sitsuation, at a constant rpm (freeway speed)....................IDK
yeah its like the alt. will totally stop working and then kick back on

what are dummy lights? and everything is tight.

diving about 50-70 with music andlights off.

ok so my alt. will all of a sudden stop cha5rging and my voltage drops down to about 12. then it will kick in and charges at about 15
what is going on here?

there are 3 amps, 4 subs per amp, each amp is 1500 watt's

you miss understood, there is 2 subs for every chamber.

ok i will try it out. just for like comp ideas. make some out of like plexy but i do enter the truck in shows so i will be switching out the set up i guess. like have 2 modes(my amps have 2 modes to regular and then there is a loud pop and it switched into HC mode) so i guess i can do it like that.
shows - all 12 running
spl - only 6 with the ported plates.

well there is not much space in there. im not looking for high DB's i just want it louder then it is now with out switching my parts. would this do anything for me?

well i was thinking porting it like this so i can have it fairly hidden, there is a small flap in the front of the box that stores my jack and stuff in there so i would just take all that out, but this is the idea.
a 3 inch tube that all run together from each chamber into one collector, like some headers. or something. what do you think.

well if i were to port it, there is some space under the box, would i got for some like 3 inch pvc tubing? would that work?

this is whats in my 96 tahoe... its a sealed 1.2 cubic foot chamber for every 2 subs im trying to find a way to make it louder with the subs i have now, some one help me?
