One of my neighbor's garages burned down like this. Unfortunately since it was near the lake, he didnt bother to insure it. Lost a lot of tax stuff in the attic, 2 racing go carts and a track ready Mini Cooper. I think the mini was the saddest thing cause its still just sitting there on the concrete slab...

I have owned two of those. One of them got stuck and I had to remove it with pliers, and the other one just randomly stopped working. That is why I upgraded and got aftermarket head unit lol
