Thanks for moving it whoever did I am new here and did not even know there was a sundown section.

I just wanted to thank you for putting out such a great product and standing behind your products. I recently purchased a sae 1200d and a sa 12 and what can I say I love them. They are much higher quality than my alpine type x and alpine pdx amp. I also hear that you have great customer support and support your product. I am very please an will be purchasing another sa12 to go along with mine when I get the funds to do so. Thanks again!

I will tomorrow but it just does not seem like it would matter. Do the sundown knobs just not change the bass level very much?

I bought a sundown sae 1200d and a sundown sa 12 they thump but the bass knob seems like it is not working. I plugged it in and the blue light is on but it just doesent seem to be affecting the bass at all. I did use a cord from an old knob I had in there it was not as fat of a cord but it had the same plug. It was just a telephone cord plug. So do I have to use the sundown cord? I have the sundown cord but I already had the one run and it is a pita to re run that cord. But if I have to I guess I will. Lol
