    so i was thinking about tinting my windows myself but i dont know how hard it is. i heard its not hard but you have to let the tint sit on the windows for 3 days before you can roll your windows down? idk something like that. whats the best tint to use if im going to do it myself? and can someone just give me some general info about doing it?

    Any Film you get that a company made for a DIY Person will only last you maybe 1-2 years before it starts to peel or changes colour and fails.

    It's the adhesive they use so you can remove and remove it that"s why they fail

    If vehicle is only worth $1000 then fine waste the money on these DIY Tints, but if you want to keep your vehicle for a while spend the money and get the car professional Tinted with a professional Tint and not worry about headaches .

    Also the warranty card you get that says don't roll down the windows for 3-5 days is just to save the shops behind as if it"s -10 it won't cure as if it's 35 vs versa

    After 30 mins to 3 hours the windows are fine to roll down usually

    It"s a shame we didn't cross paths,but with over 100k people and noise everywhere it was hard wanted to speak to ya about the Tint :lol:

    Would of been nice to meet you,hell it was a long travel from CDN.

    Biggest concern I have with CES is the demo cars,We aren't kids so why always have a hugh fence around everything or don't even have the doors open to show what's inside this is not a local car show.

    I really want to go into the Adult show maybe next year :rofl:

    Steve if you go We will be at the Hilton next year,just booked the rooms at $250 each :trippy:

    There's a very good chance thinking about it now

    The car was on the tow truck and if the noob was loose and he was going the 130kph on the HWY like he was it could of fallen off and landed in the middle of the floor mat.

    As the car was at the 45 degree angle too

    I know the driver didn't get into the car when he put it on the truck and it was locked when he took it to the dealer

    Maybe they didn't even touch the balance noob but did put the radio to death music for the test drive :peepwall:

    Other people, put the word out and get people to stay away from this company. I believe you that they did this, and if i was local i would chose not to go to them if i heard you had trouble.

    And tell the owner that your gonna tell all your friends family etc etc.

    Thats the thing,this is a Big slap in the face to us,they were the ones we trusted and seem honest

    Also I don't know if us going around town 15,000 will do a thing,the owners son was a pro pitcher and well they aren't closeing up

    But it's worth a try,

    Hi

    I took the car (1998 olds intrigue) to get new brake lines as I lost all my brakes a few days ago

    I got the car home tonight and after $550 there's my Balance noob broken on the floor mat and my Belt Squeeks

    This is the factory Delco Cassette/Cd Radio

    I know the car didn't go in with anything wrong with the radio and the AC Compressor was replaced two days ago at a Different dealership and ran quiet as could be.

    I know 100% they will tell us they didn't touch the radio and it's the Mechanics word against mine, even through they took it for a road test and my AC was left on high.

    Also I don't listen to Death Metal Music

    The Car has 75,000 Miles and is 13 years old.

    Who other then the owner of the Dealership do we complain to

    hope I can get some help

    I got the model # now, DEHP3000IB but wonder what faceplates will work with it. Only that one?

    Anyhow, 98 malibu and a total piece of shit which is funny they even broke into it. It could have been worse I guess, but I don't have money for car stereo shit right now and there HAS to be some affordable options.

    Why the fuck is my faceplate so god damn expensive?

    I would honestly search Craigslist or post a wanted ad on ebay

    I hate when these low lifes go after good people,but turn the tables and try and break into there fort O shitt you would be on **CNN Man try's to rob homeless man and beats him up**

    Woke up this morning, walking up to my car and see glass on the sidewalk. That can't be good... sure enough, some savage threw a brick through my window. The only stuff they took is worthless, but annoying for me to replace. They were not smart enough to take any of my stereo equipment, which is funny... and with the exception of my faceplate.

    (I swear to god it was there when I first discovered the car and 5 minutes later I came back it was gone.. I could be high though, but I swear people took shit in broad daylight AFTER I discovered it.. wtf?)

    Anyhow, so are replacement Pioneer faceplates cheap on Ebay or what? How do I even find out my model #? They left the remote, is it on there? I just can't even think right now.

    I'll probably end up buying it back from them on Ebay, which is the only place I would think they could sell it.

    The only way to find the model number is

    Take out the HU from Dash and the model number is there

    They have reports of over 140 cars being broken into around here,but they leave the doors unlocked.

    who cares its a Lexus 90% of us on here will never be able to afford a car of that class. Stop hating like Vin Diesel says "I appreciate a fine body no matter the make." I wont be able to afford this but a classic like my 68 Olds is the next best thing

    oh and steve you can always decode the vin Vin Decode app

    Then you need to get your money UP sir :dancing: to get that Lexus

    I'm very lost on this and hoped I could get some help from members that own trailers etc

    I know my best bet is to buy from a Dealership but if I find an amazing deal on a 6x10-6x12 used what do I look at

    I know about the single axle and tendem

    I have a few questions I will do in point form to make it better

    1,how many companys really make trailers,5? and then just rebadge them

    2,Whats the best type of frame and enclsoure to buy No seems,Rivets showing

    3,What are the common things that wear or break

    I know there's more to ask but I really don't know,first time ever buying or even drving a trailer

    i know its not the C - but i dont know if its RW or AWD - i guess i shoulda asked LOL. The dealer was trying to show me how to work it i was like i got it, im outa here, i wanna drive! Now i dont know how to use half the things but i will learn :D

    I sell cars PT and they acually have a Department to show you how to use your new car,takes 1hr sometimes just crazy :lol:

    I can see maybe going from a K-car to a lexus,but really

    I would look at the MSRP Paper from the window if they gave you that to find out the model,if not then the owners manual

    Still nothing

    if u see or read his post about his pm box earlier then ill be nice and tell u that he shut down his pm box cuz hes got other stuff 2 do and his pm box jus kept on filling up and he doesnt have time 2 respond to every pm he gets so he just shut it down temporarily

    I did get in contact with him but I'm still blocked on his youtube page from leaving comments and rating the videos for some reason
