  1. I want to remove my eclipse deck in my 03 yukon xl, because I want to get an alpine deck. I had my deck installed at a shop 2.5 years ago. Well today I pulled my deck out and noticed the fuck heads spliced into the stock harness. My factory stereo has 2 plugs on the back, a big plug and a small plug. I have the Bose system with no onstar. The fuck heads cut the small connector off, and then spiced into the harness where the big connector is. The big connector is still there but there are a couple of wires that are coming off of it that lead nowhere. It also has a shit load of electrical tape wraped everywhere covering all the wires, which is going to take a while for me to remove all that shit. Does anybody have a wiring diagram or anything that could help me out on wiring the shit upi correctly? Is the dealer my only option on getting the replacement connectors?

  2. Yes, I will have 1 or 2 batts in the rear, so what im talking about IS POSSIBLE? Would it be better this way, or NO? Cause my other thought is this: If I use both alts, that is a combined amperage of 430Amps, so maybe this is the better way to go. I just have no idea how to wire this bitch in.

Here is the prices Don gave me.

    220 $359

    240 $379

    260 $399

    280 $419

    300 $439

    Dual alternator bracket kit $199

    Triple alternator bracket kit $299

    Quad alternator bracket kit $399

If you want to run 2 alts, you could use 1 alt just to power the vehicle, than use the second alt to power however many batteries you want in the back for the system. It wont hurt the alt at all, its no diffrent from connecting the system up to your main battery. Its would be less strain on the alts if you ran one just to the system because it doesnt have to fight trying to power all the accessories and shit thats in the vehicle.

Also it doesnt matter if you run 1 alt or 10 alts, they have a built in regulator to control the power going to the batteries.

  5. I know the clamp that connects my filter to MAF is huge. I think its like 6". I saw the t-Bolt clamps today online. I want to replace the crapy screw type ones that come with it. I have an engine code P0101 that poped up and basically its saying I have ether a bad leak somewhere between the MAF and T/B. So I am going to replace all the clamps and clean my MAF and clear the code and see if it comes back, and clean my filter also.

    Has anybody used these before?
