So just to make sure I understand correctly... Gain all the way down = Min or 0. On the amp I have the crossover has two numbers 32 and 320. Is all the way up 320 or 32?

I plugged the RCA cable directly into the DD-1 from my CDA-9886 from both the front output and the sub output. I was unable to get the distortion detection light to come on even at full volume, which is 35 on this head unit. Is this normal? If so then where shold I set the volume level in order to set the gain level on the amp from the speaker level output?
Also I noticed that when I am testing the mid and high amp for distortion it will change depending on where the crossover is set on the amp. So I turn the gain all the way down, the crossover all the way up, set the gain with the DD-1. I left the DD-1 hooked up and turned the crossover down and the distortion light came on. So I'm confused as to what I am doing wrong.

Thank you SOOOO much! Now I can finish this and actually listen to the system that has taken forever to get installed.

What do you mean it has tracks on it but no tones?
If they aren't tones.. Then what is on the disc?
I can change from track one to track 30, all the tracks say they are about 2:22 long. There is no sound at all. Very strange. Disk 2 works, and the disk that came with my dd-1 works. Hope that makes sense

So I ordered the DD-1 and the CC-1 together from Amazon back in February. I FINALLY got the system installed in my 2003 Tahoe. Got the gains all set on the amps and went to set the crossovers. Well my disk is blank. There are tracks on it, but no tones at all. I looked on the D'Amore web site and I couldn't find anywhere to download the tracks. Does anyone know of anywhere I can find them to download?
Thanks

There is a switch on it for high and low pass. And it is for my Mids and highs.
