i'd take an optima over a stock battery anyday. i love mine and noticed a difference off the bat when i put it in.
does it make it sound louder?

These are not bad batteries at all...I don't know why people are bashing them. They are pretty good.

Yea dads an owner/operator and belongs to OOIDA. i think hes got 4 batteries
and they weigh almost as much as i do lol

Pretty much. Im not bashing Optima, but im pretty down to earth on what batteries i need or work best for me.

ARE omptima batt. any good...i have one hooked up..{were car battery was} and every time i put the alrm on the batt. goes down in the same night. is it cause the flashing lights that blink when the alrms off?...ive bought 2 and they do the same thing...so finnaly i went to napa and bougth a bigger one and i can keep the alarm on for days and it wont die??..what is the batt. good for?

its an factory head unit...but when i put in the touch screen unit it seems to work just fine and the volume control stays the same...so what im guessing somethings fried on the inside off my unit..btu people tell me its bass that did it but i dont think so beacause i just use it for volume..

at first i though that it would be that but i replaced the head unit with a touch screen kennwood head unit...and somebody else said that it would be the steering wheel volume controll..but it doesnt do it with my new unit...lol do u reamember i talked to u on youtube.?

Everytime I try to hook up a USB device to my garage computer, it freezes up solid. It does this with a little flash drive, external CD drive, anything... When I try to connect the device, then turn the computer on, it freezes on the XP screen.
I'm OK at computers, but I have no idea on this one..

its after market...but its wierd cause the volume goes up and down by itself...i i took it out but nothing seems to be burnd

i have a 2003 escalade with a head unit thats bein all wird...what it seems to do is the volume goes up and down by its self with nobody moving the kno...is anything fried inside...?...but i have people telling me that with the system i have hooked up fried the unit??what could be wrong?
