wow man amazing! That is going to be MY goal now, To get this mastered and do it save all around, Flared end, and don't need to cut a 45 for that inside joint!! I LIKE IT!! NICE job man!!
-
to me, those look more like 8" woofers. But wow !!
-
seeing that makes me miss my T2's I had , I put 2 in a huge ported box(6.0cft tuned to 42) and I was hitting HARD but the wieght killed my car
-
I absolutley love the MTX 9500's, there is a guy who competed all last year with a set of 12's in a focus doing 150's all day long! Almost had me sold on them!! Nice build there Steve, and sucks that your freind is locked up

See personally, I have ayellow top, but after seeing what Exide batteries Orbital's, They are a deep cycle but have TONS of CCA (cold cranking amps) This is actually the battery Of my choice now .. http://www.exide.com/pdf/orbital_xcd_specs_and_features.pdf

I believe that Kicker guy hammered that one on the head! I would only like to note, The MaJOr plus side for the redtop, Its a shake proof design, totally sealed. SO if you say have a 4x4 this would be the best application, If you go to optima's website, they show a truck ontop of a redtop battery!! Totally sealed and shatterproof !

Scort man, do it up(killer_klown187@CCA), those amps are amazing!! ESp now that you can get em at a good price!! Im sure it will be better then that coustic on that 15", And you gotta come to the next DB Drag event..(intro yourself man!!)

I figured that room game out FINALLY drove me nuts,
-
I got math problem instantly, the room one however, im still working on it good links

I totally agree with your comment, Not everyone likes a bigger sub! I for one dislike bigger subs and have run many different brands thinking it was just the sub, also different styles of boxes. Bigger subs just not for me! IT all comes down to what the user wants!! A single 18" will get loud, 3 12"s would be better overall for the space you have, 3 subs tlined would be sick as hell! I would actually very much so like to see this!!

I met a guy at an SPL show, had 2 10" in the center consol in a 4th order bandpass. That hing hit...But Its off topic I know, I don't see a problem, the l7 is a small sub and doesn't require much
-
wow, they almost nailed that one on the head huh? looks darn close to the RF amps
-
I agree with you on the Birch ply, we just built a buddy's car up with a sheet and a half, for 2 12" PG Xmax's, and I now want to do the switch, his box is literally 1.5" front face and ITs amazing, Even when you router the edges, it looks better then mdf!! Good job and good video
-
wow, that is all I have to say, amazing work!!
-
omg , that is the biggest amp I have ever seen, What the hell do you plan on powering with that amp , like 10 oof your buddies trucks caravaned? WTH!! NICE TOY

If you look in your stock wiring, there is a stock fuse from Alternator to battery, it very much so is ther for a reason!! If the internal(for those who have one) regulator goes, your stock wiring will get ruined, I have done this mistake and if I was on my other pc, I would post a pic or two of the consequences! I have a 250amp fuse on mine, and 300amp on my lines going to the rear battery. But for those who choose not to run a fuse, I think luck is on your side as I know I will never chance it again!! $50 could have saved me Tons of labour, and $150 of mechanics time..

I purchased some from tap plastics a few weeks ago and plan to use it for flush mounting my three xtant amps into my headliner but Im still waiting for the right weather so I can put it too use... I dont have a workshop so I have to work outdoors
-
I fiberglassed my sub enclosure last winter outside under my back porch. It was freezing out but I couldnt wait till it warmed up... I used extra hardener and it took a loooong time to cure completely, I didnt use any heat lamps but it turned out fine.
As far as the weather goes...Theres no way in hell that I would rather be here in the winter than back home in M.I.A, Ill take the heat of miami any day over the cold up here... Ill prolly be moving back down this summer cause I cant stand the cold!
-
Im running two yellow tops and an Iraggi 240 amp amputator alt in my mustang... Paid $450 for it including a lifetime warranty and shipping. No its not cheep but IMO its worth it and not a bad deal since H.O. alt quoted me for a 200Amp Alt. at $550 just for the Alternator.
