i can get jbl at my shop. i want to know if anyones used the hifonics....im leaning towards 4 12"s of em.

i dont work with that shit though. iwork with jl, eclipse, alpine, kicker, and jbl. i dont know the cheaper ends. im not sure about it i think theyd last a little while but not much. im leaning towards the hifonics...anyone ever use em?

i have been looking around....i found i can get 4 12" DUB subs for 104 shipped to my door step. but i dont think they would last too long lol. i just wanted some ideas and to see what other ppl think. just need a variety to choose from. what do you guys think about the DUBs?

i forgot to say this has to fit in the trunk of my intrigue. im just looking for a variety of ideas so i have some to choose from.

no more than around 100 per sub maybe more if they are gonna get loud. i want something that will take the place of my BL, and prove the point of corse.

can ppl plz post prices of these things too? that way ik what im working with here. and kicker i dont have a prob with....but ppl come in all day long saying jl is the shit or kicker or alpine...its pissing me off cuz they think that because u have name brand shit its gonna pound and thats soo not the case

well i have a blown Fi Bl 15" and sense Fi doesnt seem to want to help me get it fixed im comming up with a new design. im sick of people comming into the audio shop i work at and saying get either alpine jl or kicker and you will be banging! well i got to thinking and i want to make a car to prove to people around there that its not about the quality of the subs, its the work done with design to make it blow your mind. so having said that, what cheaper end subs would be a good idea to use for this? i have a t10001bd rockford amp, sub size doesnt matter, just want some ideads. all help is appretiated thanks, Justin

im from phelps. i work at infinite autosports in auburn. own a 2000 olds intrigue with a 15" Fi Bl and t10001bd amp. pounds pretty good.

ok my 15" BL has blown saddly and im looking to get it fixed. but im not sure how to do that. does anyone know what i would do to get it repaired? email someone or something? and while its being repaired id like it to be built to handle more power is that a possible option that could be done or not? thanks, Justin.

i got right out and now working making 15 an hour starting i didnt need anymore training really just sometimes maybe a little refresher corse. learning all that in 8 weeks....ur not gonna remember everything lol. u can say what u want about the place i went to school but i got a really good education from it and i didnt need nuttin. i think i have found the tach wire. i just want someone to verify so i dont blow the cpu lol. its black and orange and at idle it does 4.8volts then goes up as i accel. this would be what im looking for correct?

i have to get my wires for door locks for keyless entry. that explains the door. the car is a 2005 toyota camry and the tach wire is starting to piss me off cuz i cant find it...i have a diagram to find it...but it just directs u to the ECM then ur pretty much on ur own to find the wire thats the right color. its a code alarm remote starter. i am MECP certified so i know what im doing im just making sure cuz i dont wanna fry the computer.

well i have the remote starter most of the way installed. just have to put the wires going to the doors for keyless entry and find a tach wire. well heres my problem. i found the vehicles ECM. i cant find the tach wire....i cant remember what i set my dmm to to find it. i believe it has to be on AC voltage ...but im not sure. and when i find it i should see the voltage rise and fall with my rpms right?

thats all i can think of 2 is your remote turn on wire. cuz if you have power and ground it should at least turn on if the amp is fine.

id stay away from the xtremes.....they tend to have suspension probs...and the intake on the gtp...doesnt really help it. the short intakes just collect warm air cuz its short and inside the engine compartment...to get the cold air u have to run it to where cold air is...so i wouldnt mind the intake...or if u get it...take it off.

yes only halfway up. it was seeing a 1 ohm load with approx 925 rms i did check it with a dmm. i just got outta mobile dynamics and im silver mecp certified so i did everything to the book to make sure it wouldnt blow...and it still did...the rockford amp is a good idea though hehe.

so that amp will give me my 1200 rms at 1 ohm correct? i wanna make sure im getting something good this time lol.
