Since you are in the East Texas Area you might as well step up and get your hands dirty and join the Oilfield, will pay 2 to 3 times more than any of the above jobs. As I know Halliburton is hiring in the area and you are more than welcome to use me as a reference. Plenty of opportunities within the company and is not a dead end job.

Any reputable billet wheel manufacturer will carry the adapters. Billet Specialties, Colorado Customs, Boyd Coddington.
As for the shifter

The XL is probably DC's best all around sub and with the power your looking to run as Eric said it should be spot on.
