the wattage chart from XS power says a D4700 and D4800 is good for 2000 watts as main battery and 3000 watts as a secondary battery. say you have 3000 watts ( overshooting), the XS battery would work as a secondary battery but if it was me, id get a D2400 or a D2700 and use it as a secondary. rather have too much then not enough
So just get 1 battery and keep what I have under the hood and use the xs power battery as a secondary ?

That uses a Group 24F under the hood, which is a reverse terminal of the D2400. You may be able to use one of the new D4700 or D4800 batteries under the hood, but would want to measure and make sure first.
Do u think ill be fine with just upgrading my battery under the hook instead of adding a second battery ?

What vehicle is it going into. Comp or daily use? What size alt?
Will be in a 2006 nissan Altima 2.5 I will be getting a dc power xp 270 amp alt and it will be daily use

Need some suggestions on what size battery to get I will be running it in the trunk I am running a Rockford fosgate t600-4 pushing t2652-s components and t1693 6x9s along with a alpine mrx-m240 pushing a Orion Hcca 12.4 will be doing a high output alternator upgrade and the big 3 just don't know what size battery is best for what I'm doing
