yo steve, i was wondering if you had a layout for a quad 15" ported subwoofer encloser??? here are the dimaentions i am working with.. 26" deep 35" width 21" tall that is the whole area of my back hatch.. i can go taller if needed... i just want the box to be lower than my window line

just buy a casket and put 2 18's in the top of it... with the amps on the side of it..

well.. it was something he saw.. and when he saw it.. he was like... i want that car.. and i gave anyway a broken car and got an excellent car for it.. and like i said.. he was selling it for 1900 obo.. he took my car, and essentully i got 500.00 cash in my pocket.. i have 3 more powerbass 15's on the way... for my focus.. i got a 2400 watt amp, and i am gonna go buy some MDF and make a quad box for in my focus... i have no clue how it is going to turn out... i have a great idea for it... and i hope it works.. I hope to be in the 150 club

well guys... i am sorry to say this build is NOT going to take place. My father and I went to get the car. And after i took for a test drive and decided i wanted it, my dad made a joke and said thank you for my new car. Long story short... I owed my dad a sum over 5 grand. from over the years, I racked up my bill to my dad, with old cel phone bills, help with parts i needed for vehicles, a motor to be rebuilt so forth and so forth.. so we got the car loaded up and my dad said, " seriously i want that car. and i will wipe out the bill you owe me." so, i traded a 90 eclipse that needed a tranny for a perfectly running car, and my dad gave took away my 5,000.00 + bill and gave me 500.00 cash.. so.. now i am trying to let me put a small system in it, like 2 10's or something, and i am going to try to get my dad to take it up to compete with it, at yuba city ca august 3rd i think it is at jerry stero. i might just end up putting a 15" subwoofer in it, and then let him compete in Street B with it. so sorry to everyone that wanted to see this build.. more info more to come if i get to put something in it..

wow.. only 4 people did 120-129.9 bass race.. and 4 people did 130.139.9 bass race... there was only 11 people that competed... they did different classes.. but 11 people.. must have been a slow day.

yeah but bill.. with bthose kind of subs you wont have to run 16 hell even if you buy 10, i betcha you will be the same or louder than you are now

I will be picking up the car tomorrow.. And i will be chaging out the MAIN SEAL gasket and oil pan gasket.. even though it only needs a Rear Main seal.. Cant drive it to bass competitions with it leakin oil... leave a puddle in the lanes.. anyway... I am going to do some install work on it... Bill, i am gonna need some help drawing up a design if i deside to wall it off. and since it is comming from you, i trust you... i love your system, and know what kind of good stuff you have in that head of yours.. any insite you can toss toward me would be excellent

bill, you want to help me build a great wall for this car??? you got that kind of time?? I currently have my wall with me with my 2 15is in it, and my 6x9 boxes that i am going to put in.. I have 2 strands of 4 gauge i am gonna put in.. i have 0 gauge for ground..

thats what i am talkin about.. Doug Stockton told me that either steve or rusty can do this for me, so i can have this sub working at full strength again..

ohh yeah... one coil coil works.. and reads at between 2 - 4 ohm on my ohm meter.. and the other one doesn't read anything... wont even reagister on my ohm meter... which is weird cause powerbass told me it is a dual 4 ohm.. but i have no clue why it is registering at between 2 - 4 ohm ... is that normal?

just wanted to know how much you would charge me to recoil this powerbass 15... it is a ES15dv4ohm let me know bro!!!

These are the subs i am going with... just 3 for now. I have 4. but i need one recoiled.. so.

ok ok ok... I am going to answer a lot of these questions right now... it is a 84 Olympic Edition Camaro. it is a 2 door hatch. I am actully looking like I am gonna be running 3 PowerBASS 15's. Now in a wall or not in a wall?!?!? I dunno. I dont think it is going to be in a wall. I am thinking about setting up a box that will take up the whole hatch. The subs will be facing up, and the port will be on the bottom of the box facing the rear. Kinda like Kingsuv box for his 16 12's. Each Sub will have it own Chamber in sense. and then the ports will be connected to each other... I haven't really decided how i was going to work the box and the ports yet.. Thats just a little something i am thinking about. I will be running 3 amps most likely or just 2 2000 watt amps and i already have a 1200 watt rms amp. here are some Pictures...

Well.. This is going to be my new project for when i am kinda stumped on what i want to put in... either gonna have: 4 15" subwoofers 6 12" subwoofers 1 18" subwoofer or i am just gonna mix match and do soemthing like 1 15" and 3 12" woofers.. I have lots of air space, and lots of room to play with...

no no no... the afterbay is off NORTH 99... it is about 13 miles outside of Gridley.. if take the 99/70 exit off i5 North, you can stay on 99. go through yuba city and live oak, gridley, and biggs. If you stay going up 99 you will start seeing a Huge rock wall.. if you stay straight to 162 east toward oroville, after going over that bridge you will turn right onto monument hill. there is a boat ramp right there.. That water is COLD AS FUCK on taht end.. the after bay gets all its water from Lake Oroville.. and then goes into the feather river from the after bay outlet... There is another ramp area that you can put in that the water is much much warmer on the other end

but.. i guess it is too far for you.. since you are in sactown..

the afterbay in oroville is way way way better... should head out there sometime..
