Also to discuss ways to adjust the low idle rpm (like from 690 to 800 for example). Also known as: Rev Limiters Idle Adjusters Idle adjustment (ECU programming) Throttle Position Settings *** Some reasons why you might want to do low or high adjustments? Its not just for audio: -journeyman weld trucks -to produce more heat in a cab during winter -demoing/competing -lopey camshaft or engine tuning So, other than using your foot, what electronic program or manual adjuster are you using to set your engine rpm? And/or what are you doing for adjusting daily low range idle?

We are a Custom Car Audio store located in the Roseville/Sacramento area. We are looking for a self-motivated and knowledgeable car audio/video install tech to add to our team of professionals at our store. You would work with other knowledgeable professionals to install and service 12 volt electronics, alarms, remote start, radar/laser systems, mobile video and audio systems. Applicants should have relevant industry experience, of at least 2 years, working with current car audio and video equipment as well as working knowledge of vehicles and installation techniques. Job Description: Daily installation of all aspects of car audio, alarms, remote start, custom sub enclosures, full systems and diagnostic troubleshooting. Some opening and closing of store, prepping product and install paperwork, handling some sales calls and walk in customers, basic computer skills required such as Microsoft Word and internet searching as well as some knowledge of updating interfaces and bluetooth kits (we will train you on our products and procedures). Maintain cleanliness of installation area, receive and assist ordering inventory, vehicle check-in/check-out paperwork. Outgoing personality and great customer service is a must!! Position reports directly to the business owner. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5pm and Sat 9:00am - 2pm. All applicants must have adequate transportation to and from work and be available during all business hours. Qualifications: Applicants must be able to provide a resume and references to show past 12 volt experience. Must be knowledgeable in selling and integrating: speakers and components, amplifiers, head units and navigation, mobile video, satellite radio, keyless/alarms, Bluetooth hands free systems, iPod/iPhone and Android mobile integration, and radar/laser systems. Applicant must have good hands-on skills and vehicle knowledge. Be able to answer questions to prove industry knowledge and skill level. MECP Certification is also a plus but not required. im building a wall for 4-15" HDC4s, 16.75ft^3 before sub displacment, tuned 37hz, 17in^2 per cube port area. each sub will be running of a BC3500d from crescendo. so far my box design... will simply sliding the port to the center and putting 2 subs on each side effect the tuning if i keep the port length and area the same? i like the look of center ports alot more then driver side ports......
