Ok so here's the story.

I got my wheels and tires a while back, Last year I got a new pair of Nexen 245/45/16's for the rear. After driving it every once in a while. It was then time to get new front tires. And I got them. Just out of curiosity I wanted to see how much a set for the rear was to see if prices have changed. Bad news came. They told me no one makes the size 245/45/16's any more for street use. Because it's such a "sport" size tire. Every company (in the US at least) stopped making them for street use. So I was bumbed obviously as anyone else would. That size if tire was the perfect size for the rear of my car. I loved it. So my only other option that I could think of. Was either buy used ones, custom order a set, orrrr the most fun one, get a different size wheel. Since I have been using these wheels for years I decided to get an upgrade on wheels to a 17" instead of "16. Took a lot of researching and found the ones I wanted, they r factory Porsche wheels off of a 2004 Porsche Boxster 986. I believe I found a sweet deal on eBay for a used set with Michelin Pilot Sport tires on them for $1032. Free ship! So I got them! And here are the results!
