Ladybridgeport Posted January 15, 2012 Report Share Posted January 15, 2012 I added 1000 lbs of weight to my 2000 Chevrolet Monte carlo for my SPL system. my batteries, amp, subs, and enclosure added 1000 lbs to the rear end area. I upgrade the suspension on the rear, but I need better stopping power and bigger brake pads and rotors. Does anyone know a start for me to decide what brand or what type of brakes to look at?
