Then I needed new tie rods. I also needed the shade. Old VS. New. Top isn't screwed on in this picture. All holes are counter sunk and pre drilled. The back. Cut out the old fiberglass bottom and set it in the truck so I could glass it to the new box. Top glued and screwed on! Twostrokeking Posted September 10, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 10, 2012 Next I sanded all of the excess glue and fiberglass resin off. Carpet I had left over from the amp rack. Not the best choice of glue but I had it and it worked good. Only had enough carpet to do the front and the sides. So the top is still exposed but I will fix it eventually. Money is tight now that winter is coming. I am more then happy with how this box turned out. I love it. Looked extremely clean in the truck and matches with everything. Looks a lot better then the last box.
