Paul M
Well, right now I work at future shop up in Canada, selling car audio. I've been selling for almost three years now, but recently they hired someone who doesn't know a thing, and made him the full timer. And because of this, my hours are getting slashed, down to about thirty a week. Im the sales guy the others come to when they have questions, I'll go out and buy parts we don't have in stock for customers on my own time, etc. so I'm really really pissed about this. But a small local shop, has offered to train me to be an installer. Now, a year or so ago I would have jumped as soon as it was offered. But I've been here for awhile, and have seen many posts saying if you love installing car audio, don't do it for a living. Also, all the installers I've had in the last few years, haven't gotten paid very well. So, I don't know if I should take this installer position. I know a vast majority of what I'll be doing is command starts, alarms, etc. but yeah. I dunno. Sorry If I rambled.
