1991 Chrysler Lebaron Problems

Hey guys this is my first car ever and it needs some work and I'd lik advice from you guys, so one problem is that the xterior sucks I need a new paint job but I har a lot of shops suck so reccomendations would help. On th inside the Speedometer works like 2% of th time which isn't healthy lol, Th exterior is in bad shape because my grandma used to smoke but hr leg got cut off and thats why the car is mine now, I just ned suggstions on where to go and what to do to gt it back to the origional look after that I will customiz it and post pics along the way. Ill upload current pics of it tommorow.
