Colin - STAPUFT
LEDs in the wifey's Trailblazer. Kind of hard to tell from these photos, but it is a vast improvement. Incandescents look like so much crap next to cool white LEDs. I also did the tag lights- same bulbs. Those 2 lights light up the entire back of the car. Pretty funny.Plans are in the works to up the output of the sound from the 5.1 setup. I am sitting on 2 200 watt amps and 1 400 watt. Just need one more 200 watt amp and we are gonna start cranking Monsters University and Despicable Me up to eleven!! 12 - 12"s in the STAY PUFT 1989 Chevy Astro Build & Comment Log Un-Interrupted Build LogYouTube Channel Chevy Trailblazer 5.1 Dolby Digital DTS Install You have a beard of a mysterious sea captain. Colin - STAPUFT
So- who dares me to put 1600 watts RMS of old school A/B amp power in a daily driver? All good- some just a bit dirtier than the others. A scratch or two that needs tending. The plan is to actually run everything all easy- higher impedances. The two big amps each running bridged mono at 8 ohms (200wrms) to a 12" sub, and each of the 4 smaller amps to run at light 4 ohm single speaker duty. We shall see.... hopefully in a few months I can get crackin' on this. 12 - 12"s in the STAY PUFT 1989 Chevy Astro Build & Comment Log Un-Interrupted Build LogYouTube Channel Chevy Trailblazer 5.1 Dolby Digital DTS Install You have a beard of a mysterious sea captain.
