The Big Chris
Pioneer Avic D3 There are many other reviews about the Avic D3 that give a good description about besides the iPod part...so here is my review on the iPod portion of the Avid D3. I started out using the Avic D3 in December 2007 and have had nothing but good results. When I read other reviews on it about how the iPod interface was slow and not user friendly, I was a little worried getting it installed. Although once I plugged my iPod in, it was 1000x better than I thought. The iPod menu comes right up when pluggin it into the Avic D3 and you can manage all your playlists, artists, albums, etc from literaly your finger tips. On the right side of the screen (pictured below) it has the same controls as an iPod with pause/play/next(ff)/back(rr)/Menu. And for the driver it has 2 actual buttons located under the volume knob to switch in between songs.
