So I may have a chance to claim a state Usaci record. I just sent in my membership payment so I hope to have that taken care of. My question is . . . if it is a Louisiana state record, does the actual metering have to take place in Louisiana . . . or say if I go to MS this weekend and break the record will that count?

Help me out here . . . curiosity has the better of me at this point.
