I figured they were since it was a pretty stupid design to be like that permanently but after removing the screws holding the feet in they wouldn't budge so I just chopped it off instead of being a novice tugging on a new amp that I knew nothing about. Only a $150 amp so its not a big deal. Mechanically it was ok and it did what I needed it to for my first ever beginner build but its like night and day compared to my new SCV.
