01xtreme Posted October 23, 2008 Report Share Posted October 23, 2008 I have not personally used the 5500D's the power acoustik makes. I think I heard someone say they will do 2200 or so. They are quite overrated. I swear by the A3000. It is a great budget amp. It wont hang with the higher end amps, like RF, Sundown, or Stetsom, but I would take it over the Brutus line from Hifonics.
