First off, peak power is a meaningless rating. RMS is what you want to pay attention to. That sub and amp combo will be a good match, but you can always upgrade if you feel the need or have the extra money.

thank you, i will do, but another question, all my speakers in my doors are stock and i have a xplode aftermarket stereo, the volume goes up to 34 but anything over 20 makes my door and back speakers distort, what do i do?

get decent speakers, wire them up good, n get a second amp to run them:)

yeah, i did have a MTX thunder 6000 that i thought i would love, but they first day i installed it, it freaking blew, so i starting looking into these alpines, i think im gonna love it, ill get pics of my install and put on here for you, oh thanks for the help too.

make sure you look in the search on here and make sure you learn how to do it all correctly:) so you don't blow the alpine :)
