brewer_brewer Posted February 19, 2009 Report Posted February 19, 2009 Hmm cant say I have. Right now my main focus is the trunk well of the hatch. once the weather is nice and not so humid i'll be replacing my carpet and putting down some kind of deadener on the floor .. and POR-15 rust protectant. this is a local guy that sells this on ebay. great stuff. put it in between your panels and body and it works miracles. for example: what i did was glued the flat side to the inside of my doors and put the door panel over. make it fit a lot more snug (LIKE A GLOVE!) and soundproofs the doors. car is also alot quieter driving around. go to ebay and search this: Home Theater Sound Proof Walls Insulation Convoluted 10 Quote REFS http://www.caraudioclassifieds.org/forum/itrader.php?u=2026 http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/44535-official-brewer-brewer-feedback/page__p__625998__hl__brewer__fromsearch__1entry625998 "you're not allowing natural selection to work, you're like the guy that invented the seatbelt"
DeepsplJeep Posted February 19, 2009 Report Posted February 19, 2009 Anybody ever think of using rhino lining as a sound deadener ? I have thought about it before since my system is in a jeep wrangler. I dont see how it could hurt, it can only help the situation. Im goin to try it over the summer when i get alil $$ Quote 98 Jeep Wrangler 33x13.50 super swamper LTB's Memphis M3 15" Memphis MCD1000 Optima yellowtop D34/78 Bass Race 129.9 (LBZ Duramax in the future)
