leamangriffin
nope I saw your build page before i redid mine. I braced the roof in the rear. there are braces across the roof, and there is foam inbetween the roof panel and the bracing. The only problem is that the foam is really soft and just by pressing on the roof it will compress the foam all the way. so even with dynamating the roof. IT still travels almost an inch. I measured it. So what I did was I took silicone and filled in all the bracing in the roof. Once dry, the roof doesnt move at all, but it is still a little flexible because the silicone isnt rock hard. Before I did this, I couldnt even hear the bass over my roof noise. Now I dont even hear it. See the foam in between the bracing and the roof. That whole area inbetween needs to be filled with silicone. Also, if you can see, the back has the same thing across it. smokeumtires
I did this.... An my roof still flexes roughly 1inch...Thats a mixture of silicone, 3/4 MDF, and Greatstuff........ silicone alone didnt do shit for me...but you have a wall and most of the pressure is in the front of teh cab....
