about four weeks ago i got my system put in nd a week later the positive terminal on my alternator burnt off so i got it replace with jus a standard car alt. should i get a higher output alt so it wont happen again or get a extra battery like a kinetiks batt? need help imma newb at this stuff

You need a HO alt. Contact Robbie at DC Power. He will give you a great deal on a kick ass alt. I highly recommend it. He will also point you in the right direction of what you need to do with your electrical system.

haha, yeah you guys are right, but then again robbie would ask him what he's running and i know robbie wouldn't get him something that isn't unnecessary :)

big batt up front and big 3.

hc1400 will be fine for the power your running.

edit: and x2 on that big 3. theres a tutorial on here in the electrical section on how to do it properly.
