I am in the middle of trying to pay for a HU and I tried doing the money in minuted online. Well I went through everything until the part I had to call and confirm everything. The first time I did it as a "credit" and they said it wouldn't go through (I have a DEBIT card). Well after that they said they would "cancel" it and told me to try again. So I redid everything and used the "DEBIT" for my card then told me that I don't meed the required standards then I asked "What don't I meet?" And her response was "Sorry that information is confidential, have a good day". So now I have $400 in holds and can't pay for a HU then they proceed to tell me that it could be at least 12 hours before I get my $400 back....what a load of :censored: Sorry rant over!
