Yeah I love the my Stinger HPM and Kicker HyperFlex is made by the same company as Stinger :)

I pay about 4.50 a foot for 1/0 Stinger HPM.

Door Speakers - Polk Audio db6501 6-1/2" 2-way

Component System

Rear Speakers - Polk Audio db691

Speaker Amp - DD C4b

Sub - 2 12" Alpine Type R's in a 2 @ 33hz

Sub Amp - DD M2A

Electrical - Big 3 - Stinger HPM 1/0 guage Wires, Optima Yellow Top Battery, 180/120 DC HO Alternator w/ MLA

no you dont have to use 1/0 gauge but if you are going to do it you should only do it once if you use less now and upgrade later you might want to upgrade the wire again.. I mean I would atleast use 2 gauge if you are not going to go with 0

Like he said if your not planning on running like 1.5K+ then 4 gauge would be acceptable but if your going to exceed that wattage then I'd use 1/0 so you won't have to worry about it later down the road.
