brewer_brewer
yea. any GOOD aftermarket intake will include a place to mount the maf or have a maf adapter. this: http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=77-2514KP you see the MAF adapter between the filter and intake tube. brewer_brewer
if you have an exhaust and your truck is running good then yea it will make a difference. the biggest difference you will notice will be the increase in exhaust noise and a slight intake noise. it will make your truck sound alot better.
