well i just got me a western digital 1tb external hd n i was wondering

after i transfer all my files from my c drive to it, can i delete the ones on the c drive to speed it up a lil?

and will this affect itunes in any way?

i want to keep my c drive as empty as possable now that i got 930gb of storage to work wit, i can put all my music n what knot on that hd n just keep everything on here as is

will my comp run faster if i transfer all my music n what knot if i do this?

its a compac desktop with it said on box 4 gb ram but i guess its only 2 with 300gb hd

will moveing all these files around make the comp run faster or is it better to keep it the way it is n just back it all up to the secondary hd n just start dling it to that hd from now on?

this my first time of haveing a hd this big to mess wit n was wondering if i take it all n delete it from this hd n put it on the external one can i tunes still find everything or would i halfto remap out the files n search for em independently?

im pritty good wit comps n just wondered what the best deal would be to do?
