Center Channel, Steering Wheel, Ps2, Bezel

I'm back. And I have to play catch up with alot of post to update my current status.

This is for a return customer who had a bezel and glove box fitted with TVs before. he has a Blazer now.

He doesn't want to cut into the dash since the AC vent tubes are directly at the top inside. So it isn't quite flush. But the profile of it won't look to out of place.

Anyway..........

Mold the tray indention on top of the dash.......

I put a couple three layers of mat on (no pics) and then some thixotopic inside so the edges/seams are nice and the ring is really secured.

Then body filler.....
