All amps are rated at 12.8v. Most literature says tested at 14.4v. Sundown amplifiers are tested at all kinds of voltages.

I was pretty sure they were rated lower than 14, I was just going by what the site said ;)

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
