running new wire in door panels

My car has no stock rear door, but it has spots for them with no wire ran for speakers. can anyone tell me how to remove the harness under the rubber thing in the door jamb, theres no way thats obvious to me, or give me some ideas on running the wire so it cant be seen? Its a 99 mazda protege, i'll put up some pictures in a second

Even though it doesn't have rear speakers it might be wired for em

Look online and see what color the rear speaker wires would be and they might already be at the harness
