Literally, that XFX unit is just a reboxed, rebranded version of the Seasonic unit for $40 more. XFX 1000 watt Seasonic 1050 watt ONLY difference is that the XFX unit is rated at 80+ Platinum and the Seasonic unit is rated at 80+ Gold (though the Seasonic unit is rated for 50 additional watts). Your machine is pulling less than 400 watts a full load. For the money, the Seasonic unit would be my pick.
