Thank you for your replay. i download the software. and burn it on a disk. Then i tried it on my HU but it still did not work. Can i turn it into an mp3 file.

Hey Steve i received my SMD-DD1 last week. I did not have a chance to try it out. But today i had the time to try it out. When i put the SMD DD1's CD into my Avic-N3 HU the display says reading error. I then tried the cd into another hu and the same thing happened. I took the CD and tried it on my computer and it said that the CD is BLANK. Please let me know how to fix this problem.
