Ouch!! You need to rip that top piece off or it's gonna catch on everything. Is that the little bastard of a black rock in the pic showing where you were stuck?

I'm pretty sure there's no exposed wire grounding out anywhere

I can't even keep my hand on the heatsink for 5 seconds and that's after 15 minutes of play. Any tricks to fix that?

I have 2 sets of power series 6.5"s with a T400-4 and at higher volume all mids and highs cut out and only the sub stays on.(even with sub off they still cut out). Another issue is all mids and highs up front and in the back of my car on the right hand side sound muffled compared to the left.I called rockford today and they had me switch rca's and channels around to see if all right sound stayed muffled and they still do.I noticed tonight that the yellow protect light flashes very quickly when they cut out so now there's something new to go by and now I'm here...any suggestions I'm starting to think its the ground I have the 400-4,capacitor,and 1500bd all grounded to the seatbelt bolts under my rear seat,they all have there own bolt and have been grinded but never greased,does that matter? I'm getting rid of capacitor as soon as I get a distribution block.
